一、产品介绍:
　　单组份聚氨酯是由聚醚、树脂和二异氰酸酯、增塑剂、催化剂树脂等.经过合成反应制成.

二、特点:
　　单组份聚氨酯、不必加二苯.和空气反应后,固定形成,高弹性、高强度、高耐久性的无污染防水材料.

三、适用范围:
　　可用于新旧建筑工程、地下室、屋面、卫生间、游泳池、人防等工程的防水、防腐、还可用于金属管道的防腐及耐酸碱的防腐蚀防水工程.

四、技术和环保指标:

执行：JC/T500-92(96)

GB50325-2001《民用建筑工程室内环境污染控制规范》中3.3.2室内用溶剂型涂料

五、施工条件:
　　要求找平层，摸平压光。具有流水畅通。不得起砂，和凹凸不平等现象。含水率不大于9%。大于9%采用本公司速凝型水不漏进行表面涂刮。

六、防水涂膜施工:
　　将桶盖打开搅拌均匀，用棕刷或橡皮刮板均匀涂刮。涂刷用量每平米1.2mm厚，二至三遍约1.5kg。环境温度为20°C，24h固化，环境温度低长些，反之短些。第一遍固化后，再涂刮第二遍，涂刮方向必须和第一遍相垂直。

　　如涂膜达不到设计厚度，继续涂三，四遍以上，达到实际要求的厚度为止。如果考虑防水层和保护层的粘结不牢，可在最后一遍，涂在尚未固化时，即可在表面洒上干净的石渣或粗砂，当涂膜固化后，可牢固地粘结在涂膜的表面上。

七、注意事项:
　　涂料开桶后密封不好，不可存放。产品应密封存放在通风阴凉处，禁止接触雨水和火源。运输中严防雨淋，保质期一年。

Monocomponent polyurethane waterproof coating

I. Briefintroduction of product
Monocomponent potyurethane is prepared using polyether,diisocyanate,plasticizer,catalyst and other resins through buildingup reactions.

II.Features:
As to the monocomponent polyurethane,it is not necessary to add the dimethylbenzene.After reacting with the air,it can be solidified and become a pollution-free waterproofer with the performances of high elasticity,strength and durability.

III.Range of application:
It can be used for the waterproof and corrosion protection of the old/new building,basement,indoor floor,toilet,swimming pool,people’s air defense and other projects.In addition,it can be used to protect the metallic pipes against corrosion,acid/alkali and water leakage.

IV.Technical and environmental indices:
Section 3.3.2 Indoor Solvent Based Coating and other Solvent Based Coating under the Code for Indoor Environmental pollution control of Civil Building Engineering GB50325-2001.

V.Construction conditions:
The base surface shall be leveled,smeared and polished (water can flow smoothly);i.e.there must be no sand streak and uneven usrface.The water content is not more than9%,the fast-setting Shuibulou of our Company shall be applied and scratched.

VI.The construction of the waterproof coating film
The cover of container is opened and the coating in it is stirred evenly,then palm brush or rubber scraper is used to apply and scratch the coating evenly.The thickness of coating layer is about 1.2mm,coating shall be applied for three times and the use level is about1.5kg per square meter.The hardening time under ambient temperature 20C is 24 hours;the lower the ambient temperature,the longer the hardening time and vice versa.After the solidification of the first time,the hardening surface shall be applied for the second time;the brushing direction of the second time shall be vertical of the first time.
If the coating film can not be up to the design thickness,the surface shall be brushed with the coating for the third and four times if necessary until the thickness of coating film can meet the design requirements.If the waterproof layer and the protective layer cannot be firmly pasted,clean stone ballasts or coarse sands can be scattered on the surface of the last coating film when it is still not be solidified.By this way,the stone ballasts or coarse sands can be firmly pasted to the coating film after the solidification.

VII.Precaution:
The coating shall not be stored when the container is opened and is not sealed firmly.The product must be stored under ventilative and cool conditions,and it is forbidden to contact with rainwater and fire source.The product shall not be wetted by rain during transportation,and the shelf period is one year.
